Residential contractors will not be required to carry liability <br /> insurance. <br /> (d) This article and article 12 of this chapter do not alter the <br /> responsibility of any person performing any construction activity for damages to <br /> anyone or for performance of a contract. If any changes occur in the information provided, the registree shall <br /> ,amend the registration to reflect the changes within ten (10) business days of the <br /> change. <br /> (b) No lieenseregistration will be issued for more than one (1) year. A <br /> registration 4eefts,—may be renewed from year to year upon application of the <br /> holder. All re6strationslieenses issued under this division expire on the last day of <br /> December. Any new registrationlicenses issued in December of the current year <br /> will be valid through December of the following year.
