AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF SAN KOARCOS, TEXAS AND STEPHANIE REYES <br /> FOR THE POSITION OF CITY MANAGER <br /> This Amendment to Employment Agreement (the "Amendment") amends that certain <br /> Employment Agreement (the "Agreement") between the City of San Marcos, Texas ("City") and <br /> Stephanie Reyes ("Employee") for the position of City Manager previously entered into on <br /> February 21. 2O23. <br /> 1. For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged by the <br /> parties, and in consideration ofthe mutual benefits [Oand obligations 0fthe parties, City and <br /> Employee agree to amend Section 8: Employee Benefits, of the Agreement to read as follows: <br /> Section 8: Employee Benefits <br /> The City shall provide for Employee's participation in the City of 8@n Marcos <br /> retirement plan through the Texas Municipal Retirement System (TW1RG)-in�� <br /> emploVer contributions to TIVIRS, the CitV �Iso agrees to and shall Pay Employee's <br /> required contributions to TIVIRS on behalf of Employee. The City agrees to provide <br /> emplo <br /> ee benefits for medical, dental, life insurance, vision and disability in <br /> accordance with normal City policy for general eOnp|oyees unless otherwise provided <br /> inthis document. <br /> In addition to what is provided to all employees, term life insurance shall be provided <br /> Employee at two times her annual base salary, including salary adjustments over the <br /> life of this agreement (subject to availability of coverage for an individual term life <br /> policy). <br /> 2.
