� <br /> � <br /> ]� <br /> Chapter 19'SPECIAL EVENTS " <br /> AkUCLEl - |NGENERAL <br /> Secs. 19.001-19.020 'Reserved. <br /> ARTICLE 2. -SPECIAL EVENTS PERMITS <br /> Sec. 19.O21. -Definitions. <br /> Applicant means aperson who has filed anapplication for aspecial event. <br /> City means the City ofSan Marcos, Texas. <br /> Person means any individual, assumed named entity, partnership, association, corporation, or <br /> organization. <br /> Premises means the location at which the special event is being held. <br /> Special event is an infrequent event, with more than 500 people or more than 250 people if alcohol is <br /> sold or provided or if a road is closed, excluding for construction purposes, inside the QLity_1imits <br /> which is likely to attract visitors, and is an opportunity for leisure, social and cultural experiences by <br /> attendees.
