Safety Performance Target Coordination - 67 . 15(a)( ) <br /> The City will make our SPT's available to TxDOT and the Capital Area MPO to aid in those agencies' <br /> respective regional and long-range planning processes.To the maximum extent practicable,the City will <br /> coordinate with TxDOT and Capital Area MPO in the selection of State and MPO SPT's as documented in <br /> the Interagency Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). <br /> Each year during the FTA Certifications and Assurances reporting process,the City of San Marcos will <br /> transmit any updates to our SPT's to both the Capital Area MPO and TxDOT(unless those agencies <br /> specify another time in writing). <br />
