Investment Prioritization <br /> The City of San Marcos will utilize available Federal Transit Administration and Texas <br /> Department of Transportation grant funds and local funds to procure and implement new <br /> investments. New investments will be procured based on the condition of current assets. <br /> The San Marcos Transit District will replace vehicles according to the useful life benchmark <br /> (ULB). Vehicles past the ULB will be replaced first. San Marcos Transit will prioritize the <br /> replacement of Cutaway buses over other revenue vehicles.
