■ The Final Plat for Lot 1, Block A, CLVX consists of 1 16.695 acres Lot and 1 Right of Way <br /> dedication consisting of 0.455 acres within Hays County and was recorded in the official <br /> public records of the County on March 7, 2022. See Exhibit C-2 for the approved plat. <br /> ■ Parcel 7A originally totaled 53.507 acres but is being split into Parcel 7A and Parcel 7C. <br /> The new Parcel 7A totals 35.277 acres, and Parcel 7C totals 18.23 acres. <br /> ■ Parcel 7A was forecasted to be developed into 450,000 square feet of Business Park. <br /> Parcel 7A is now forecasted to be developed into 250,000 square feet of Business Park, <br /> and Parcel 7C will be developed into 200,000 square feet of Business Park. <br /> ■ The Final Plat for Whisper Spec Tract consists of 1 16.497 acres Lot and 1 Right of Way <br /> dedication consisting of 0.727 acres within Hays County and was recorded in the official <br /> public records of the County on September 9, 2022. See Exhibit C-3 for the approved plat. <br /> Tract#5 <br /> ■ The final plat for Whisper SAT6 consists of 170.086 acre Lot and 1 Right of Way dedication <br /> consisting of 1.036 acres within Hays County and was recorded in the official public <br /> records of the County on June 1, 2021. See Exhibit C-4 for the approved plat. <br /> Tract#6 <br /> ■ The final plat for Whisper Multi-Family totaled 14.256 acres and consists of 2 Multi-Family <br /> Lots and 1 Right of Way dedication within Hays County and was recorded in the official <br /> public records of the County on February 8, 2022. See Exhibit C-5 for the approved plat. <br /> LOT AND HOME SALES <br /> Residential Use Parcels <br /> Per the Quarterly Report dated June 30,2023,there are 582 Lots at final plat with 149 Lots owned <br /> by 135 Residential, 158 Lots closed to homebuilders and 275 closed to end-users. 116 Lots are <br /> currently under construction. <br /> See Exhibit D for Buyer Disclosures. <br /> AUTHORIZED IMPROVEMENTS <br /> The Developer has completed the Authorized Improvements listed in the 2020 SAP and they were <br /> dedicated to the City. <br /> OUTSTANDING ASSESSMENT <br /> The District has an outstanding Assessment of$11,596,454.96. <br /> WHISPER PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 4 <br /> 2023 ANNUAL SERVICE PLAN UPDATE <br />
