<br />BEGINNING at a 5/8 -inch iron rod with 7XI)OT" aluminum cap found in the westerly right-of-way line of

<br />Volume 3197, Page 401, O.P.R.H.C.TX., for the most easterly corner of the said 6.891 acre tract, being the
<br />most northerly corner of the remainder of a 17.45 acre tract of land conveyed to Marion H_ Wills in Volume
<br />2530, Page 720, O.P.R.H.C.TX., for the POINT OF BEGINNING and an easterly corner of the herein described
<br />tract of land;
