RESOLUTION NO. 2023-194R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AN INCREASE IN THE JOB <br /> ANALYSIS AND COMPENSATION STUDY CONTRACT WITH JER HR <br /> GROUP LLC IN AN AMOUNT UP TO $60,000.00 OVER THE NEXT FIVE <br /> YEARS FOR ADDITIONAL JOB CLASSIFICATION ANALYSES AND <br /> JOB COMPENSATION STUDIES; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br /> MANAGER, OR HER DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE <br /> CONTRACT DOCUMENTS TO IMPLEMENT THE INCREASE; AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. An increase in the Job Analysis and Compensation Study contract with <br /> JER HR Group LLC in an amount up to $60,000.00 over the next five years for additional job <br /> classification analyses and job compensation studies is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is hereby authorized to execute the <br /> appropriate contract documents to implement the increase on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
