DocuSign Envelope ID:17EE4380-9620-4D47-961E-38D33339D45C EXHIBIT 2—DETAILED FEE SCHEDULE In consideration of Normandy's provision of the services in compliance with all terms and conditions of this Contract,the City shall pay Normandy a monthly retainer fee of$12,500.00 per month for the two year term of this Agreement,which amount is inclusive of all expenses, including travel expenses,to be incurred by Normandy in providing the Services. The City shall pay the monthly retainer fee within 30 days of the receipt of any monthly invoice from Normandy.
