RESOLUTION NO. 2023-212R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE REALLOCATION OF $473,557.00 <br /> IN FUNDS RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS UNDER THE <br /> AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN TO SUPPORT THE RECOVERY OF THE <br /> COMMUNITY FROM COVID-19; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The reallocation of$473,557.00 in funds received by the City of San Marcos <br /> under the American Rescue Plan to support the recovery of the community from COVID-19, as <br /> shown in Exhibit A, is hereby approved. <br /> PART 2.
