KRAUS, TRUSTEE TO EMIUND LONGCOPE DATED JULY 15, 1981 AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 361, PAGE 266 OF THE MAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS. AND BEING WRE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUMS AS FOLLOWS: CONKEWING at a %N iron rod found for the northerly west corner of the Longcope tract being at the intersection of a flare corner of State Highway No. 80 and River Road; THENCE entering the Longeope tract with the southeast line of a tract proposed to be dedicated as additional right-of-way for River Road, N 440 41' 18• E •429.99 feet to a %a iron rod set for the west corner and PLACE OF BEGINNING of the herein described tract; THENCE leaving the PLACE OF BEGIMIM and continuing with said line, N 440 55' 36- E 77.24 feet to a %u iron rod set for the north corner of this tract; THENCE entering the Lang Cope tract, S 4S6 00, 000 E 420.10 feet to a VP iron rod set for the east corner of the herein described tract: THENCE S 45° 00, 00" W 77.20 feet to a 'r,, iron rod set for the south corner of the herein described tract; THENCE N 450 00' 00' w 420.00 feet to the PLACE OF 5EGI2+gING.
