The City of San Marcos is pursuing the annexation of 250.70 <br />acres more or less. The proposed annexation area is located north and adjacent to <br />the city limits and generally fronts Lime Kiln Road on the east. The area is <br />immediately north of the Spring Lake Hills Subdivision. <br />Existing Development <br />• The land within the annexation area is undeveloped. <br />Existing Population <br />There are no residents in the annexation area. <br />Future Development <br />The property is owned by the City of San Marcos. No plans to develop the site at this <br />time. <br />Future Population <br />No future population on this site is anticipated. <br />The following tables show the current and build -out population total, and current and <br />build -out voting age population. The racial composition for the proposed annexation <br />is assumed to reflect the City's 2000 census composition. Based on this analysis <br />negative impacts to racial or language minority groups are not anticipated. <br />
