violation continues. <br /> (3) If the violation continues, the presiding officer will order the person to <br /> leave the building or the online meeting room. <br /> (4) If the person does not leave the building or online meeting room, the <br /> presiding officer may order any peace officer at the meeting to remove <br /> the person from the building or have the person removed from the <br /> online meeting room <br /> (kg) It is unlawful for any person to intentionally or knowingly resist removal <br /> from a meeting room by a peace officer under subsection <br /> Sees. 2.0467-2.065. Open meetings; agenda items. <br /> (a) All city boards and commissions whose membership is wholly appointed <br /> by the city council shall comply with the standards for open meetings as <br /> prescribed by state law for members of governmental bodies. <br /> (b) The agenda for each meeting of a city board or commission whose <br /> membership is wholly appointed by the city council shall include a citizen <br /> comment period and a question and answer session with the press and public. <br /> SECTION 2. If any word,phrase, clause, sentence, or paragraph of this ordinance is held <br /> to be unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions of this <br /> ordinance will continue in force if they can be given effect without the invalid portion. <br /> SECTION 3. All ordinances and resolutions or parts of ordinances or resolutions in <br /> conflict with this ordinance are repealed. <br /> SECTION 4.
