The Council removed items 6.B.(1) and 6. G. (1) to be considered separately. Ms. Kissler moved for approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting held April 22, 1991; Special Meeting held April 29,1991; and Special Meeting held May 6,1991; approval of one Ordinance on second reading; adoption of four Ordinances on third and final reading; adoption of eight Resolutions; approval of Change Order No.4 and Change Order No. 5 to the Victory Gardens/Dunbar Paving and Drainage Improvement Project; approve authorization to bid Microfilming Services for Finance Records; authorization to solicit for Statement of Qualifications from interested professionals to accomplish a Master Plan Update for the Municipal Airport; authorization to request and receive proposals to obtain management consulting services for assistance in administering and execution of the Texas Department of Commerce Affordable Housing Grant Contract and to receive the annual update of the Five-Year Capital Improvements Program (FY92-96 CIP).
