EXHIBIT "A" City will request use of a specific District facility during the Joint Committee meeting. Any requests outside of that meeting will be sent, in writing to the Superintendent or their designee. The District shall review the request and confirm in writing which, if any portions/areas of the facility shall be available to the City for the program or activity.
