The average daily water consumption reaches approximately 70% of <br />the available water production capacity, and has been that high for a <br />period of seven -days; <br />(3) Moderate water shortage Stage 2. <br />a. The averae daily water consumption reaches approximately 75% of <br />the rated available 14)ater production capacity for a seven-day period; <br />(4) Severe water shortyeg Stage 3. <br />.a. The average daily water consumption reaches approximately 80% of <br />available water production capacib2 for a period of seven days; <br />(2) Drought and weather conditions; <br />(3) Water system demands and usage; <br />(4) Production or distribution system limitations; <br />(5) Water quality or distribution system emergencies. <br />(7) Any stage may be implemented when an emergency exists as determined <br />by the Director. The stage will be terminated when the conditions which <br />prompted initiation of the restrictions no longer exist. <br />Section 86.058-1.
