SOLUTION NO. 2024-76 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS,TEXAS APPROVING THE AMERICAN EXPRESS PARTNERS <br /> IN PRESERVATION: MAIN STREETS GRANT FROM THE NATIONAL <br /> TRUST FOR HISTORICAL PRESERVATION IN THE AMOUNT OF <br /> $1.50,000.00 FOR REPAIRS TO THE DUNBAR SCHOOL HOME <br /> ECONOMICS BUILDING; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, O <br /> HER DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO <br /> IMPLEMENT THE GRANT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The American Express Partners in Preservation: Main Streets Grant from the <br /> National Trust for Historical Preservation in the amount of$150,000.00 for repairs to the Dunbar <br /> School Home Economics Building is hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is hereby authorized to execute documents <br /> necessary to implement the grant on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
