RESOLUTION NO. 2024-71R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A FOURTH CHANGE IN SERVICE TO <br /> THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH BGE, INC. <br /> RELATING TO THE WALLACE OFFSITE DRAINAGE <br /> IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT IN THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF <br /> $126,444.00 FOR A TOTAL CONTRACT PRICE OF $1,636,218.00; <br /> AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HER DESIGNEE, TO <br /> EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS TO IMPLEMENT THE <br /> CHANGE IN SERVICE; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. A Change in Service to the professional services agreement with BGE, Inc. <br /> (Contract No. 219-129.3) relating to the Wallace Offsite Drainage Improvements Project, in the <br /> estimated amount of$126,444.00 for a total contract price of$1,636,218.00 is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager or her designee is authorized to execute the appropriate <br /> documents to implement the change in service. <br /> PART 3.
