a a- i f i <br />southwest line of McCarty Ranch, Phase One, the southwest right-of-way line of Oak <br />Ledge (60' right-of-way), and the southwest right-of-way line of Oak Park Way (60' <br />right-of-way), the following two (2) courses and distances: <br />1. South 45°52'43" East, a distance of 3715.29 feet to a 112" rebar with plastic <br />"Chaparral Boundary" cap found for an angle point in the northeast line of the <br />272.027 acre tract, also being the south right-of-way corner of said Oak Park <br />Way, also being the west corner of said Lot 21; <br />2.
