Table II-1, the Land Use Summary Table, totals the anticipated number of dwelling units <br />and anticipated gross acreages by base zoning district and land use category. The <br />acreages in the Land Use Schedule of the Conceptual Land Use Plan (Exhibit II-2) may <br />differ from Table II-1 as long as the acreages for MU -Residential and GC -General <br />Commercial/Multifamily Residential do not exceed the anticipated acreages provided in <br />Table II-1.
