South 46°24'24" West, a distance of 183.31 feet to a 1/2" rebar with plastic <br />"Chaparral Boundary" cap found at the east corner of a 5.224 acre tract <br />described in a deed of record in Volume 251, Page 959 of the Deed Records of <br />Hays County, Texas; <br />THENCE continuing with the southeast line of the 160.033 acre tract, same being the <br />north line of the said 5.224 acre tract, the following two (2) courses and distances: <br />1.
