Enclosed, please find the Petition for Consent to the Creation of a Municipal <br /> Utility District (Sedona Municipal Utility District No. 1) and the Petition for Consent to the <br /> Creation of a Municipal Utility District (Sedona Municipal Utility District No. 2) (together, the <br /> "Petitions").
