During the fall and winter of 2012 and into 2013, the Partner Agencies entered <br /> into a second Interlocal Cooperation Agreement that created a mechanism to fund <br /> the technology and related systems necessary for the continued operations of the <br /> Center(Sustainment Funding Agreement). <br /> S. In 2017, the Partner Agencies amended the Original Agreement and the <br /> Sustairunent Funding Agreement to add additional Partner Agencies, and to <br /> authorize the City of Austin to enter into separate collateral agreements, to be <br /> known as Partner Equivalent Agency Agreements, as necessary, to allow certain <br /> non-governmental agencies, to be known as Partner Equivalent Agencies, to <br /> assume obligations and receive benefits equivalent to Partner Agencies. Each <br /> Partner Equivalent Agency Agreement must include the same terms of <br /> understanding contained in the Original Agreement and the Sustainment Funding <br /> Agreement in substantially the same format as the Original Agreement and the <br /> Sustainment Funding Agreement. <br /> 6. In 2022, the Partner Agencies amended the Original Agreement and Sustainment <br /> Funding Agreement to include additional Partner Agencies. <br /> 7. This Amended and Restated Interlocal Agreement merges the Original Agreement <br /> and Sustainment Funding Agreement and streamlines the administrative process <br /> of approving new partner agencies. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties amend and restate the Original Agreement and <br /> Sustainment Funding Agreement. <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> PART ONE <br /> 3 <br />
