NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING <br />REGARDING A CHANGE IN THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION <br />OF PROPERTY LOCATED INPARKLANE GARDEN HOMES PHASE I, REVISED AND <br />SUNRIDGE PUD SUBDIVISION <br />Victoria Bank & Trust, has asked the city to change the zoning classification of 1.6 acres from "PUD" - <br />Planned Unit Development District to "R-2" - Single -Family Dwelling District (medium density). This 1.6 <br />acres consists of Lots 11, 12, 21, 22 of Block B, Parklane Garden Homes, Phase I, Revised, and Lots 45-58 of <br />Block A, Sunridge PUD in various locations generally along Lancaster Street and its intersecting cul-de-sacs. <br />The City's Zoning Commission will make a recommendation to the City Council either to allow or deny the <br />request referenced above. Prior to making this recommendation, the Commission will hold a public hearing to <br />obtain citizen comments. Since you are listed as the owner of property located within 200 feet of the land on <br />which the zoning change has been requested, we would like to notify you of the public hearing. <br />The public hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 630 Fast Hopkins on <br />Tuesday, May 25, 1993 at 7:30 p.m. All interested citizens are invited to attend and participate in the public <br />hearing.
