Network Computing Corporation <br />• brief written description of the problem <br />• brief written description of the solution <br />• a printed copy of the source code before the error was corrected (if applicable) <br />• a printed copy of the source code after the error was corrected, highlighting the correction (if <br />applicable) <br />• a copy of the corrected output <br />If the same error has occurred more than twice and Client can demonstrate from the previously <br />supplied documentation that the error was not corrected as previously reported and that the error is <br />not being caused by a different problem, or a new error resulting from NCC's correction of a <br />previously occurring error has occurred, NCC will dedicate a competent resource full-time working <br />to correct all documented errors, at no additional cost to the Client. <br />5. UPDATES <br />NCC shall use its best efforts, subject to the limitations described in Section 6 below, to furnish Client with <br />updates to the Licensed Software that are necessitated by changes to the Computer System and the Client <br />VMS operating environments. <br />In the event that Client requires modifications to the Licensed Software or consultancy services from the <br />NCC to integrate the Licensed Software with other software and hardware that Client may possess, Client <br />may obtain the NCC's consultancy services at NCC prevailing rates at the time. <br />6. NEW RELEASES <br />(a) Method of Issuance: From time to time, NCC will issue to Client new releases to Client's software <br />system. NCC will notify Client of expected date of new release to allow appropriate planning for <br />installations, conversions and testing. NCC will provide such new releases to Client in person, by <br />mail or via telecommunications (if available) at NCC's option at no additional cost to Client. <br />(b) Timely Installation: Should support be required by Client to install a new release previously provided <br />by NCC, such support will be provided under the level of maintenance service selected. <br />(c) Supporting Documentation: NCC agrees to provide to Client user documentation necessary for <br />Client's successful operation of the new release. <br />(d) Fees: New releases will be provided by NCC at no charge if NCC's Software Maintenance <br />Agreement is in effect. If NCC is requested to install a new release NCC will only charge for <br />additional programming/testing services necessary to integrate customer modifications unique to Client. <br />18 <br />
