Granting the variance application is consistent with any DIVISION 3: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> special criteria applicable to varying particular standards, <br /> as set forth in Chapters 3 through 7 of this Development Section 2.8.3.1 Purpose, Applicability, Exceptions and Effect <br /> Code; A. Purpose.The purpose of a conditional use permit is to allow <br /> 7.
