A copy of the Development Agreement has been recorded in the records of Caldwell <br /> L <br /> County under the filing number . A portion of the property included in the <br /> Development Agreement is within the boundaries of a municipal utility district, as more <br /> I. <br /> particularly described in the attached Exhibit "A" (the "MUD Property').
