Owner agrees to dedicate necessary right-or-way and install <br /> infrastructure (purple pipe) on the Property for the future use of <br /> reclaimed 1 reuse water on the Property. <br /> i' <br /> E. Provisions for providing Electric Service to the Property <br /> i <br /> 1. Bluebonnet Electric is the electric service provider and has the <br /> necessary CCN to serve the Property. The property is not within the <br /> City's electric service area, however the San Marcos Utility Roadway <br /> Lighting Standards will apply. <br /> F. Owner agrees to donate two, three-acre parcels for future fire stations, the <br /> locations of which are generally described in Exhibit "E" provided that the <br /> subject property is not located within a floodplain and has access to a pub- <br /> lic street in a manner which is acceptable for typical fire operations. <br /> 1. Dedication of the westernmost parcel shall occur within a year of the <br /> Effective Date of the Agreement. j <br /> i <br /> 2. Dedication of the easternmost parcel shall occur within 180 days of the <br /> approval of the final plat containing the site. <br /> E. Parkland Obligation <br /> 1.
