L.No. 117-58) signed into law on November 15, 2021. <br /> This Notice provides CPD grantees and participating jurisdictions, collectively referred to as <br /> grantees, an overview of BABA,including key terms,HUD actions to implement BABA, guidance <br /> on HUD's general waivers,the phased implementation schedule for the BAP on CPD programs, <br /> and proposed next steps.
