The term"proj ect"means the construction, alteration,maintenance, or repair of infrastructure in the United States. (Section 70912(7)of BABA). X. Section 70917(c)Materials. The term"section 70917(c)materials"is defined in 2 CFR 184.3 and means cement and cementitious materials; aggregates such as stone, sand, or gravel, or aggregate binding agents or additives.
