Matters are <br /> requested to be brought forth to supervisors, however, written concerns can be submitted to the <br /> General Manager and the CARTS Board of Directors, if necessary, and will be documented and <br /> submitted to the City, as applicable. <br /> Although the current procedures have been effective in achieving the safety objectives, to ensure <br /> compliance with 49 CFR Part 673, the City, in consultation with our service provider, is working to <br /> implement the following expanded transit SRM process. <br /> The City's transit SRM process is a forward-looking effort to identify safety hazards that could potentially <br /> result in negative safety outcomes.
