City of Austin standard specifications will be used. <br /> • Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Costs (OPCC)—Class 2 Standard. <br /> • Construction Project Schedule: Consultant will develop a Construction Schedule <br /> for the project consisting of design, bid and construction phases. The schedule <br /> will be updated during subsequent design phases. Prepare 99% project manual, <br /> including contracting documents, list of standard specifications, general <br /> provisions, special specifications and any other necessary documents. Technical <br /> specifications will reference City of San Marcos Construction Specifications and <br /> Standards. For items not covered by the standards, a special project <br /> specification will be prepared for inclusion in the project manual. <br /> • Engineer's OPCC Class 1 Standard. <br /> • Construction Project Schedule: Consultant will develop a Construction Schedule <br /> for the project consisting of design, bid and construction phases. The schedule <br /> will be updated in subsequent design submittals. <br /> g. 99% Comment Response Letter. After 99% deliverable review, the Consultant will <br /> document all City review comments and document how each comment was addressed <br /> and incorporated into the 100% deliverable. <br /> h. Final 100%: Consultant will provide two (2) hard copies of 11"x 17" plan sets and one (1) <br /> pdf electronic copy. Upon approval by the City, two (2) hard copies of 22"x 34" plan sets, <br /> one (1) pdf copy, and one (1) CAD copy (DWG format) of the sealed plans will be <br /> provided. <br /> i. (PROTECT) grant for the Wallace Addition Subdivision. <br /> E.
