RESOLUTION NO.2024-231 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2024-90R, <br /> APPROVED MAY 21, 2024, RESOLUTION OF NO OBJECTION TO THE <br /> SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION FOR LOW-INCOME HOUSING <br /> TAX CREDITS TO THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND <br /> COMMUNITY AFFAIRS FOR THE PROPOSED BLANCO BASIN <br /> MULTIFAMILY DEVELOPMENT,GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF <br /> THE INTERSECTION BETWEEN E.MCCARTY LANE AND THE UNION <br /> PACIFIC RAILROAD, BY ALLOWING CHANGES TO THE PROPOSED <br /> AMENITIES LIST AND TO THE UNIT INCOME MIX, AMONG OTHER <br /> POSSIBLE AMENDMENTS; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> RECITALS: <br /> 1. On May 21,2024,the City Council approved Resolution No.2024-90R evidencing <br /> no objection to the submission of an application for Low-Income Housing Tax Credits to the Texas <br /> pp g <br /> Department of Housing and Community Affairs for the proposed Blanco Basin multifamily <br /> development, generally located north of the intersection between E. McCarty Lane and the Union <br /> Pacific Railroad. <br /> 2. The City Council wishes to amend certain provisions of its previous resolution as <br /> set forth in this resolution below. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. Resolution 2024-90R is hereby modified as shown in Exhibit A, attached <br /> hereto,to allow changes in the proposed amenities list and changes in the unit income mix. <br /> PART 2. City staff is hereby authorized to provide the LIHTC applicant with a clean <br /> version of the amended resolution without redlines for submission to TDHCA as a restated <br /> resolution. <br /> PART 3.
