Box 1594, San Marcos, Hays County, Texas <br />78667-1594. <br />Consideration: $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration. <br />Property (including any improvements): <br />All of that tract of property currently used for right-of-way for Henry Street, situated <br />between Belvin Street and Marvin Street, as shown on the Plat dedication for the J.H. <br />Comb Second Addition in the City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, and as further <br />described on the attached Exhibit A. <br />Reservations from and Exceptions to Conveyance and Warranty: Private <br />easements and prescriptive rights, whether of record or not, all presently recorded <br />restrictions, covenants, conditions, and other instruments, other than liens and <br />conveyances, that affect the property; any discrepancies, conflicts, or shortages in area <br />or boundary lines; and any encroachments or overlapping of improvements. <br />Grantor, for the consideration and subject to the reservations from and <br />exceptions to conveyance, quitclaims to Grantee all of Grantor's rights, title and interest <br />in and to the property, together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances <br />thereto in any wise belonging, to have and hold it to Grantee, Grantee's administrators, <br />successors, or assigns forever.
