Agreement as Attachment A. Compensation for additional services will be in addition to that specified for Basic Services in accordance with Section 13.3 of this Agreement. The approval of the City's governing body is necessary for all additional services the compensation for which exceeds $50,000.00. ARTICLE 2 THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES The City will: 2.1 Provide full information to the Consultant regarding the City's requirements for the Consultant's services under this Agreement. The City will furnish the Consultant with copies of official City design standards and construction standards, and other data and information in the City's possession needed by the Consultant at the Consultant's request. 2.2 Provide the Consultant with growth data. 2.3 Be responsible for adopting an order, ordinance, or resolution establishing a public hearing date to consider the land use assumptions and CIP for the designated service areas. 2.4 Prepare and publish a notice of the public hearing in the newspaper at least 30 days prior to the hearing date in accordance with the required wording as set forth in Chapter 395 2.5 Make the CIP and land use assumptions available to the public for review prior to public notice as required in this Section. 2.6 Approve or deny the land use assumptions within 320 days of the public hearing. 2.7 If so adopted, approve an order, ordinance or resolution scheduling a public hearing to discuss the imposition of the impact fee(s) in accordance with the public notice requirements as set forth above. 2.8 Before the fifth day before the public hearing, require the Citizens Advisory Committee to file written comments 2.9 Within 30 days and after the pubic hearing, approve or deny the imposition of an impact fee. 2.10 Designate Laurie Anderson P.E., Assistant City Manager as the City's Project Manager and authorized representative to act on the City's behalf with respect to this Agreement. The City will examine the documents and information submitted by the Consultant and promptly render responses to the Consultant on issues requiring a decision by the City. 2.11 Provide access to and make all necessary provisions for the Consultant to enter public and private property as required for the Consultant to perform its services under this Agreement.
