H. Prior to execution of this Lease, Tenant shall furnish Landlord with a ceitificate(s) of <br /> insurance, executed by a duty authorized representative of each insurer, showing <br /> compliance with the insurance requirements in this Lease. <br /> 1. All insurance policies must be written by a reputable insurance company acceptable to <br /> Landlord, and authorized to do business in the state of Texas. <br /> J. The fact that insurance is obtained by Tenant, or by Landlord on behalf of Tenant,will not <br /> be deemed to release or diminish the liability of Tenant, including, without limitation, <br /> liability under the indemnity provisions of this Lease. Damages recoverable by Landlord <br /> from Tenant or any third party will not be limited by the amount of the required insurance <br /> coverage, <br />
