<br />71 <br />Regular Meeting December 16, 1991 Page 4 <br />no report and wished everyone a happy holiday. <br />Mayor Morris introduced the city Attorney's Report. Mr. Taylor had <br />no report and also wished everyone a happy holiday. <br />Mayor Morris introduced the city Council's Report... The Council had <br />no report. <br />Mayor Morris introduced an Executive Session pursuant to Article <br />6252-17, section 2(e), V.A.C.S., to discuss pending litigation (In <br />re: Coffee Equipment, Inc.; In re: Revco D. S., Inc.; City of San <br />Marcos vs. LCRA). and matters where the duty of the city Attorney to <br />the City pursuant to the Code of Professional Responsibility of the <br />State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Artice 6252-17. Mr. <br />Plummer moved to adjourn into Executive Session at 8:18 p.m. and Mr. <br />Moore seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />Mr. Moore moved the Council reconvene at 8:58 p.m. and Ms. Kissler <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval of a proposed <br />bankruptcy reorganization plan of Revco D.S., Inc. which operated a <br />drug store in the city between 1981 and 1988, and acceptance of cash <br />settlement.
