ORDINANCE NO. 2024-60 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS AMENDING SECTION 2.369 OF THE SAN MARCOS <br /> CITY CODE TO ADD A REPRESENTATIVE FROM CALDWELL <br /> COUNTY AS A MEMBER OF CITY'S ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br /> BOA ("EDSM") AND TO DESIGNATE THE MAYOR AS THE CITY'S <br /> EX-OFFICIO NON-VOTING MEMBER ON THE BOARD; PROVIDING A <br /> SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ANY <br /> CONFLICTING PROVISIONS; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 2.369 of the San Marcos City Code is hereby amended as set forth <br /> below. Added text is indicated by underlining. Deleted text is indicated by strikethroughs. <br /> DIVISION 19. - ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BOARD <br /> See. 2.369.
