Citizen Comments <br />Kyle Maysel, 109 E. Hillcrest, San Marcos, Texas provided written comments on Agenda item 9. <br />Dianne Wassenich, 11 Tanglewood, San Marcos, Texas encouraged the City Council to not <br />allow any development or drilling to occur above Springlake. She also encouraged the City <br />Council to protect the City's water quality. <br />CONSENT AGENDA • <br />8. Consider approval of minutes. <br />A. December 1, 2009 Regular Meeting <br />B. Consider adoption on second and final reading of Ordinance 2009-77, amending the <br />traffic register maintained under Section 82.067 of the San Marcos City Code to change the <br />time limit on two parking spaces located on the east side of the 300 block of North LBJ <br />Street from one hour to fifteen minutes during business hours. including procedural <br />provisions. <br />10. Consider adoption on second and final reading of Ordinance 2009-78, implementing the <br />recommendation of the 2009 Sunset Advisory Commission report by retiring the <br />Beautification Commission, Drainage Advisory Board, Minoritv Tourism Development <br />Board, Transportation Advisory Board, and Youth Commission; repealing sections 2.111 - <br />2.112, 2.191 - 2.193, 2.362 - 2.363, 2.364 - 2.365, and 2.370.10 - 2.370.11, of Article 3, <br />Chapter 2 of the San Marcos Citv Code pertaining to such boards and commissions: and <br />roviding an effective date. <br />11.
