(1) Mr. <br />Gilley provided the Council with an update on the Dunbar-Victory <br />Gardens Project. Mr. Gilley stated this is a million dollar <br />project, the design work has been completed and necessary <br />approvals acquired. He stated there are three property <br />acquisitions which are almost complete, and one condemnation may <br />be needed. The project will take several months and will <br />hopefully be completed by the end of summer. (2) Mr. Gilley <br />advised the Council the February Employee of the Month is Michael <br />Seelinger from the Public Works Department. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced the City Attorney's Report. Mr. Taylor <br />advised the Council Staff would be making recommendations for <br />amendment to the R-1 zoning violations enforcement to simplify <br />the process in the near future. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration an Executive Session <br />pursuant to Article 6252-17, Section 2(e), V.A.C.S., to discuss <br />pending litigation (GBRA vs. City of Lytle, Et AI; Johnny Brady <br />vs. Wayne Sneed; Jodi Linsey vs. Will Keys, Et AI; B. J. Allen <br />vs. City of San Marcos); contemplated litigation and matters of <br />the duties of the City Attorney to the City pursuant to the Code <br />of Professional Responsibility of the State Bar of Texas clearly <br />conflicts with Article 6252-17. Mr. Moore moved the Council <br />adjourn into Executive Session at 10:16 p.m. and Mr. Hernandez <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Moore moved the Council reconvene at 10:56 p.m. and Mr. <br />Hernandez seconded the motion, whiqh passed unanimously. <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:57 p.m. on motion made by Mr. Moore <br />and seconded by Ms. Kissler. <br /> <br /> <br />Ronald K.
