RESOLUTION NO. 2025-34 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> RCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A 2025 <br /> INTERNATIONAL 3-YARD DUMP TRUCK FROM KYRISH TRUCK <br /> CENTER, THROUGH THE SOURCEWELL PURCHASING <br /> COOPERATIVE, FOR USE BY THE STREETS DEPARTMENT, IN THE <br /> AMOUNT OF $100,339.50; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR <br /> HER DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE ALL APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS TO <br /> COMPLETE THE PURCHASE; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. A contract with Kyrish Truck Center, through the Sourcewell Purchasing <br /> Cooperative (Contract#060920-NVS)for the purchase of a 2025 International 3-yard dump truck <br /> for use by the Streets Department in the amount of$100,339.50, is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to execute the contract on <br /> behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
