RE,SOLUTION NO. 2025-50R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> RCOS, TEXAS AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF AN <br /> APPLICATION TO THE OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, <br /> CRIME VICTIMS SERVICES DIVISION, FOR AN OTHER VICTIM <br /> ASSISTANCE GRANT (OVAG) FOR FY 2026 AND FY 2027 IN AN <br /> AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $49,500.00 PER YEAR TO CONTINUE <br /> FUNDING FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT'S VICTIM'S SERVICES <br /> PROGRAM; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HER <br /> DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE ANY AND ALL DOCUMENTS AS NEEDED <br /> TO ACCEPT AND IMPLEMENT THE GRANT, IF AWARDED; AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The submission of an application to the Office of the Attorney General, <br /> Crime Victims Services Division,for an Other Victim Assistance Grant in an amount not to exceed <br /> $49,500.00 to continue funding for the Police Department's Victim's Services Program is hereby <br /> approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager or her designee is authorized to execute any and all <br /> documents as needed to accept and implement said grant, if awarded, on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
