RESOLUTION NO.2025-61R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH DANA SAFETY <br /> SUPPLY, INC., THROUGH THE GENERAL SERVICES <br /> ADMINISTRATION COOPERATIVE PURCHASING PROGRAM, FOR <br /> THE PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT NECESSARY TO OUTFIT SEVEN <br /> VEHICLES FOR USE BY THE SAN MARCOS POLICE DEPARTMENT <br /> IN THE AMOUNT OF $149,117.99; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br /> MANAGER, OR HER DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT ON <br /> BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. A contract with Dana Safety Supply, Inc., through the General Services <br /> Administration Cooperative Purchasing Program (contract #GS-07F-0512T), for the purchase of <br /> equipment necessary to outfit seven vehicles for use by the Police Department in the amount of <br /> $149,117.99 is hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager or her designee is authorized to execute the agreement on <br /> behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
