accompany the inspector on the inspection if the owner so desires. No <br />mobile home or manufactured home shall be connected to the park gas <br />line until an inspection has been made by a City inspector. A fee <br />established by the City Council will be charged for each reinspection. <br />(3) Mobile home or manufactured housing park inspection fee. <br />a. The mobile home or manufactured housing park will be issued a <br />certificate of inspection for a base fee established by the City Council. An <br />additional fee established by the City Council per mobile home or <br />manufactured home space shall be computed and added to the base fee. <br />The mobile home or manufactured housing park inspection certificates <br />will certify park compliance with this Division. The mobile home or <br />manufactured housing park inspection shall consist of the following: <br />1. Placement of the mobile home or manufactured home on a space. <br />2. Parking facilities per mobile home or manufactured home space. <br />3. Condition of internal streets, accessways. <br />4. Condition of road signs. <br />5. Condition of service buildings. <br />6. Condition and proper functioning of drainage system. <br />7. Condition of ground and soil cover. <br />8. Condition of premises of unoccupied spaces. <br />9. Condition of park sewer system. <br />10. Verification that all mobile homes or manufactured homes located <br />within the park have an approved individual inspection certificate. <br />b. The mobile home or manufactured housing park owner shall arrange for <br />an inspection date with the inspector for the inspection of the park. The <br />mobile home or manufactured housing park owner may accompany the <br />inspector if the owner so desires. All mobile home or manufactured <br />housing parks shall be inspected annually or more often upon tenant <br />complaint. If violations are found, there shall be a reinspection fee for <br />each inspection. <br />(d) Inspection of Register. The department, the Environmental Health Department, the Fire <br />Chief, Fire Marshal, and the Police Chief shall have the power and authority in <br />discharging their official duties to inspect the register containing a record of all residents <br />of the mobile home or manufactured housing park. <br />(e) Duty of Occupants. Every occupant of a mobile home or manufactured housing park <br />shall give the park owner or the owner's agent or authorized employee access to any <br />part of the park at reasonable times for the purpose of making repairs or alterations as <br />are necessary to effect compliance with this Article. <br />(f) Recreational Vehicles. Recreational vehicles, as defined in Chapter 8, are prohibited in <br />mobile home parks and manufactured housing parks. <br />(Ord. No. 2006-45, § 21, 9-19-06) 01
