park shall not be considered as obstructions. Speed bumps are to be constructed at four <br />to one inclination, not to exceed four inches in height. Speed bumps shall be painted <br />with fluorescent paint. <br />(g) Intersections with Public Streets. Interior streets shall intersect adjoining public streets at <br />approximately 90 degrees with a curbline radius of 20 feet at a location which will <br />eliminate or minimize interference with traffic on those public streets. <br />(h) Common Area Parking Area Required. A minimum parking area of 150 square feet per <br />mobile home or manufactured home space shall be provided in a common area for <br />• storage of boats or vehicles in excess of two per mobile home or manufactured home <br />space and for visitors' vehicles to minimize on-street parking and to facilitate movement <br />of emergency vehicles into and through the park. <br />Section 7.2.1.2 Location; Performance Guarantees <br />(a) Location and Cost of Installation. The location of all fire hydrants, all water supply <br />improvements and the boundary lines of special districts, private systems and certified <br />water service areas, indicating all improvements proposed to be served, shall be shown <br />on the construction plans. The cost of installing all water supply improvements to be <br />made by the developer, including off-site improvements, shall be included in the <br />performance guarantees furnished by the developer. <br />(b) Extension of Lines. Extension of water aRd stew^+?? lines shall be made along the <br />entire frontage of the subdivision or development plat adjacent to a street or <br />thoroughfare. If the subdivision is not adjacent to a thoroughfare, the extension of utilities <br />shall be accomplished in such a manner as to allow future connections to said utilities by <br />new subdivisions. If new subdivisions will never be constructed beyond a developing <br />subdivision due to physical constraints, the Director of Engineering may waive the <br />requirement for adjacent utility line construction at the time of final plat approval and <br />prior to construction of the subdivision. <br />(c) Compliance with Other Regulations. Installation, operations and maintenance of utilities <br />not specifically referenced herein shall comply with regulations of the TCEQ, and with <br />any other applicable State rules and regulations, whichever is the most stringent <br />requirement. <br />Section 7.3.1.2 Centralized Wastewater System; Connection to Existing System <br />(a) Design Requirements. Where wastewater is to be provided through a centralized <br />system, the developer shall install adequate facilities, subject to the standards and <br />specifications of the City and state design criteria for wastewater systems. <br />(b) Extension of Lines.
