Ground floor building square footage of all structures. <br />b. Estimated square footage of off-street parking. <br />C. Driveways and/or roadways on-site. <br />(b) If alternative surfaces for parking or other related uses are proposed, adjustment factors <br />have been established that should be multiplied by the total acres of actual impervious <br />cover. The use of any alternative surfaces, including those not listed here, must be <br />authorized by the Engineering Department. Adjustment factors for any surfaces not <br />listed here shall be established by the Engineering Department.
