The main street streetscape Midtown Areas <br /> (Section 3.8.1.6) is required in compliance with Section <br /> 3.8.1.1 for all existing streets in the downtown and midtown <br /> intensity zones. This manual provides alternatives specific to <br /> each street in order to maintain a consistent and coordinated <br /> streetscape along each block as redevelopment occurs on a lot <br /> by lot basis. <br /> B.
