EXHIBIT 111" <br /> EXHIBIT"G" <br /> REQUIRED STATUTORY PROVISIONS ADDENDUM <br /> This Required Statutory Provisions Addendum (this "Addendum") is attached to <br /> and incorporated into that certain Regional Wastewater Services and Facilities <br /> Agreement (the"Agreement") entered into by and among the City of San Marcos, Texas, <br /> a home rule municipality (the "City"); Clint Jones ("Jones"); Rattler Ridge, LP, a Texas <br /> limited partnership ("Rattler"); JLBC 710 Investments, LLC, a Texas limited liability <br /> company ("JLBC"); Highlander SM Two, LLC, a Texas limited liability company <br /> ("Highlander"); upon its joinder, Guadalupe County Municipal Utility District No. 9, a <br /> conservation and reclamation district and body politic and governmental agency of the <br /> State of Texas ("GC MUD 9");upon its joinder,Sedona South Municipal Utility District(s), <br /> each a conservation and reclamation district and body politic and governmental agency <br /> of the State of Texas ("Sedona South MUD"); and, upon its joinder, Hays-Guadalupe <br /> County Municipal Utility District No.1,a conservation and reclamation district and body <br /> politic and governmental agency of the State of Texas ("HGC MUD 1"); dated effective_ <br /> , 2024. For purposes of this Addendum, Jones, Rattler, JLBC and <br /> Highlander are collectively referred to herein as "Contractor" and the City, GC MUD 9, <br /> Sedona South MUD and HGC MUD 1 are collectively referred to as the "Governmental <br /> Entities". If there is any conflict between the terms of the attached Agreement and this <br /> Addendum, the terms of this Addendum will control. <br /> 1. Interested Parties. Contractor acknowledges that Texas Government Code <br /> Section 2252.908 (as amended, "Section 2252.908") requires disclosure of certain matters <br /> by contractors entering into a contract with a local government entity such as the <br /> Governmental Entities. Contractor confirms that it has reviewed Section 2252.908 and, if <br /> required to do so,will (1) complete a Form 1295, using the unique identification number <br /> specified on page 1 of the Contract, and electronically file it with the Texas Ethics <br /> Commission ("TEC"); and (2) submit the signed Form 1295,including the certification of <br /> filing number of the Form 1295 with the TEC, to the Governmental Entities at the same <br /> time Contractor executes and submits the Agreement to the Governmental Entities. Form <br /> 1295s are available on the TEC's website at <br /> https://www.ethics.state.tx.us/filinginfo/1295/. The Agreement is not effective until <br /> the requirements listed above are satisfied and any approval or award of the Agreement <br /> by the Governmental Entities is expressly made contingent upon Contractor's <br /> compliance with these requirements. The signed Form 1295 may be submitted to the <br /> Governmental Entities in an electronic format. <br /> 2. Conflicts of Interest. Contractor acknowledges that Texas Local <br /> Government Code Chapter 176 (as amended, "Chapter 176") requires the disclosure of <br /> certain matters by contractors doing business with or proposing to do business with local <br /> government entities such as the Governmental Entities. Contractor confirms that it has <br /> Regional Wastewater Services & Facilities Cost Sharing Agreement Res. 2024-78R <br /> Page 44 of 47 Exhibit"G" <br />
