SOLUTION NO. 2025-43R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING AN AMENDED DEVELOPMENT <br /> AGREEMENT (RIVE END RANCH / BAUGH RANCH / RILEY'S <br /> POINT)WITH HK BAUGH RANCH,LLC,HK RILEY'S POINT,LLC,HK <br /> REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT, LLC, AND JACK'S RESERVE, LTD, <br /> FOR APPROXIMATELY 1,046 ACRES GENERALLY LOCATED <br /> BETWEEN OLD BASTROP HIGHWAY AND FM 110, AND BETWEEN <br /> REDWOOD ROAD AND THE SAN MARCOS RIVER, AUTHORIZING <br /> THE CITY MANAGER, OR HER DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE THE <br /> AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND PROVIDING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The Amended Development Agreement (Riverbend Ranch /Baugh Ranch <br /> / Riley's Point) with HK Baugh Ranch, LLC, HK Riley's Point, LLC, HK Real Estate <br /> Development, LLC, and Jack's Reserve, LTD, for approximately 1,046 acres out of the William <br /> Burnett, Jr., William West, J.W. Wilson, W.A. Matthews, S.A. & M.G. RR Company, and John <br /> McGuire Surveys, generally located between Old Bastrop Highway and FM 110, and between <br /> Redwood Road and the San Marcos River, attached hereto is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is hereby authorized to execute the <br /> Amended Development Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
