RESOLUTION NO.2025-100R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE AWARD OF AN INDEFINITE <br /> DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) CONSTRUCTION <br /> CONTRACT TO STRIPE-IT-UP,LLC FOR STREET STRIPING FOR THE <br /> PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT IN THE ANNUAL AMOUNT NOT TO <br /> EXCEED $190,000.00 ON AN AS-NEEDED BASIS FOR ONE YEAR WITH <br /> THE OPTION FOR UP TO FOUR ONE-YEAR RENEWALS; <br /> AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HER DESIGNEE, TO <br /> EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THIS <br /> CONTRACT AND ANY RENEWALS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. A construction contract is hereby awarded to Stripe-It-Up, LLC, for street <br /> striping IDIQ for the Public Works Department(IFB#224-240)in the annual amount not to exceed <br /> $190,000.00 on an as-needed basis for one year with the option for four(4) one-year renewals. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to execute the appropriate <br /> documents related to this contract and any renewals on behalf of the city. <br /> PART 3.
